Like the rest of the healthcare world, during 2022-23, we migrated from a primary focus on COVID-19 to our “new normal.” What carried us through these challenges? Dedication to continuous improvement, compassion for our patients, and expertise in what we do.

Read about our resilience in the face of new emergencies and how we continued to adapt and pivot to best provide services in an ever-changing COVID-19 pandemic. Even while staff were confronted with everyday emergencies, we kept a laser-like focus on our core mission, vision, and values of equity, safety, quality, care experience, developing our people, and providing sound financial stewardship for the hospital. We are proud of the progress we made and continue to make on advancing the hospital’s core mission as it entered its 150th year.
