What is the SF Health Network?

A Citywide System for Health

The San Francisco Health Network is a community of top-rated clinics, hospitals and programs that connects San Franciscans to quality health care. You can use Zuckerberg San Francisco General if you are a patient at any of the SF Health Network clinics.

Here, and in the Community

You can also use Zuckerberg San Francisco General if you receive primary care at any of the community clinics that are not part of the SF Health Network.

Sign Up for Healthy San Francisco

Available to All San Franciscans

Healthy San Francisco is a program designed to make health care services available and affordable to uninsured San Francisco residents. It is available to all San Francisco residents regardless of immigration status, employment status or preexisting conditions. Patient Access Enrollment staff can also help you learn if you qualify for Medi-Cal or insurance under health reform.
