We evaluate and diagnose unhealthy substance use. We then offer appropriate services that meet patient goals.
We offer addiction services like medication, harm reduction, residential placement, and education.
We link patients to community health care and addiction treatment. This can include residential and other community-based programs.
We try to reduce the stigma and harms of substance use. We use patient-centered communication and patient stories to decrease stigma among providers and staff.
