We’re here for you. We are located in Building 25 between 8:00am — 4:00pm.
We’re here to help you or a family member navigate the system. We can:
- Guide you to medical center departments and resources you need
- Share information with you on patient rights and responsibilities
- Help communicate your ideas or concerns that you may have to the appropriate managers
Patient Feedback
As a patient of Zuckerberg San Francisco General, you have the right to express your concerns about your care experience with the assurance that the quality of your care or future care will not be compromised.
If you have a concern, please contact us so we can help you resolve it. You may also submit a Patient Concern Statement, where you can document your concern and the resolution you are seeking. An investigation will be conducted into your concern, and you will be informed of the outcome.
