What is the SF Health Network?
The SF Health Network is a citywide system of health with clinics, services, and programs. You can use Zuckerberg San Francisco General if you are a patient at one of the SF Health Network clinics.
You can also use Zuckerberg San Francisco General if you receive primary care at one of the community clinics that are not part of the SF Health Network.
How do I sign up for the SF Health Network?
To sign up for care in the SF Health Network, call (415) 206-7800 to make an appointment with a Certified Enrollment Worker.
What is Healthy San Francisco?
Healthy San Francisco (SF) is a program designed to make health care services available and affordable to uninsured San Francisco residents. You can get care at Zuckerberg San Francisco General if you are a member of Healthy SF.
What are Healthy Kids and Healthy Workers?
Healthy Kids and Healthy Workers are health insurance programs offered by San Francisco Health Plan to cover eligible kids 18 years and younger, and city employees. You can get care at Zuckerberg San Francisco General if you are a member of either one of these programs.
What is Medi-Cal?
Medi-Cal is a public health insurance program that offers eligible individuals and families access to free or low-cost health care coverage. If you have Medi-Cal, you can also receive care and services at the hospital.
Need emergency or urgent care in San Francisco or Northern San Mateo County?
For urgent care, contact your primary care clinic. For emergency services in San Francisco dial 9-1-1 or go to the emergency department at the hospital at 1001 Potrero Avenue, San Francisco (enter from 22nd street).
Am I eligible for care?
Call us at (415) 206-7800, or visit one of our eligibility and enrollment offices to find out your options. We care for anyone who needs it, regardless of their ability to pay.
