Interventional Radiology (IR)

Interventional Radiology is located in Building 25, Ground floor. State of the art GE-Innova biplane room for Neurology and GE Angio CT DSA 16-slice light speed scanner are utilized in IR.

 

We performs minimally invasive procedures, image guided treatments for conditions in peripheral vascular disease and stroke. Our clinical team includes interventional radiologists, technologists and nurses. Our physicians are highly trained with expertise in wide spectrum of vascular and intervantional procedures. Our technologists are highly trained in operating the complex imaging equipments. Our nurses are highly experienced in caring for patients with simple and complex medical conditions.

Emergency cases are done on 24/7 basis

Many exams will have to register for services in 3F16. These exams are:

  • Fistulagrams
  • IVC Filter Placement
  • Fresh Peg
  • Nephrostomy
  • Chest Port
  • All biopsies
